Location is good. Hotel facilities are excellent, especially the Rooftop Bar. Room is spacious & very modern, bed & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast selection is very good & staff service was excellent. We dined in the Rooftop Bar & Restaurant and although it was expensive we really enjoyed our meals and the service from waiting staff was very good.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. The hotel was very clean. The bedroom was top class and very large. The breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect - really close to the main tourist attractions. Loved the roof top restaurant and bar too.

Upon arrival at The Square the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, offering me all the information I needed about the hotel and amenities. The room was big spacious and clean, with modern furnishings. I stayed in a standard room, which included a comfortable bed, a large TV, a desk, minibar, a coffee machine and great bathroom with bide. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained, with luxurious design and toiletries, and towels. The hotel is inly stone throw to Duomo and very close to various shopping streets and really nice restaurants. The staff was very attentive and responsive to requests. Any issues or inquiries were resolved quickly. Overall, my stay at The Name] was positive The location was convenient, and the hotel’s amenities made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to looking for city fun seekers. Yes, I would definitely consider staying here again due to comfortable rooms, location, and value for money

The hotel is in a great location near Duomo.The room was quite big, comfy and practical. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The cleanliness was impressive. The breakfast was delicious and fresh with lots of variety. Also, the stuff at the breakfast area was really kind and helpful. Overall, we had an amazing time here, for sure, we will be back!

The location is excellent close to duomo the breakfast is not good not tasty .I had to take breakfast at near by cafes.The room service is very poor very few options and are of poor quality.The roof top restaurant very difficult to book they should another restaurant as the near by restaurants are offering mostly pizza .They offer free water and beverages replaced daily great in this hot weather

What a brilliant find! We were celebrating my son's 21st Birthday in the city and chose this lovely hotel due to its close proximity to Duomo Cathedral & other main attractions. Well, it has exceeded our expectations by far! The hotel has beautiful and modern rooms with excellent facilities and luxurious touches. The beds are extremely comfortable and the room was really well sound proofed. We slept so well! The room & bathroom cleanliness were of high standard. Bath robes were the softest and fluffiest ever! Toiletries were really nice. Gorgeous hot shower and great room temperature control. Fantastic receptionists. It was nice to have security present in the lobby who were very friendly and assisted us with the taxi. We haven't had a chance to visit the roof top restaurant/bar but hopefully we will back again soon!

We have stayed before, though this time the rooms were refurbished, the room we had this time was large, clean & comfortable. The bathroom again was large with a complete closed walk in shower. It also offered a terrace, it was just magnificent and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was included in our overnight visit and this too was all anyone could of asked, the breakfast area was clean, fresh, easy to follow and we were provided with a wide range of choice, supported by an excellent team who clearly knew the benefits of working together to support each other. A wonderful experience.

Breakfast buffet each morning was great along with the staff who were able to assist and connect with us both in the breakfast room and in the front desk reception area.

The location was great, being so close to the Duomo and other main attractions. We could walk everywhere. Our bedroom was huge, which was great, being able to spread out. Comfy beds and a beautiful large bathroom.
